1. What types of products do you sell?
I specialize in enamel pins, keychains, and other fan merchandise inspired by Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson, One Direction, Horror movies, '90s-2000s nostalgia, and Pop Culture. 

2. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. Delivery times will depend on your location, but domestic orders usually arrive within 3-12 days. Please note that delivery times may vary during busy seasons or holidays.

3. Do you accept custom orders?
At the moment, I do not offer custom designs, but I’m always open to suggestions for future products! If you have an idea in mind, feel free to MESSAGE ME - If your idea is chosen, you'll receive the final product for FREE as a thank you :)

4. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on your package as it makes its way to you. Please note: USPS is busy and mistakes happen! If your tracking gets delayed or misrouted, please give USPS a few days to correct the issue :)

5. What should I do if I receive a damaged item?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of receiving it. Include a photo of the damaged item and packaging, and I will work with you to resolve the issue :)

6. Do you ship internationally?
I currently only ship to the U.S. and Canada. Please note that if you order from Canada, you may be responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that apply to your country.

7. Can I change or cancel my order?
Once your order is placed, it can be processed as quickly as a few hours. You are more than welcome to contact me with a cancellation request, but if your order has already been processed, I am unable to make changes. Please double-check your order before completing the checkout process.

8. Am I talking to Milly?
Yes! Millypins is a one-woman small business, so all communication goes through me :)

9. How do I take care of my enamel pins?
To keep your pins looking their best, avoid exposing them to moisture, harsh chemicals, or excessive heat. Wipe them clean with a soft cloth if needed, and store them in a dry place when not in use. If you’re wearing them regularly, consider using a rubber clutch back for added security.

10. Can I buy in bulk for an event or group?
Yes! If you're interested in purchasing multiple pins for an event, group, or wholesale, please reach out to me directly. I can provide pricing and availability for bulk orders and will work with you to create a customized experience.

11. Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging?
Currently, I do not offer gift wrapping, but all items are packaged with care in protective bubble mailers to ensure they arrive safely. If you’re purchasing as a gift and would like a special note included, feel free to let me know, and I can personalize your order with a handwritten message!

12. Why is shipping taking longer than usual?
While I do my best to ship orders promptly, please be aware that shipping times can sometimes be delayed due to factors like holidays, weather, or postal service backlogs. You can track your order to stay updated on its status, and if you have concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out!

13. Do you restock popular items?
I restock some of my best-selling designs based on demand, but due to the nature of small-batch production, some pins may be limited edition and won’t be restocked once they’re sold out. If you’re eyeing something, it’s always a good idea to grab it while you can!

14. Can I get a refund if I'm not happy with my pin?
I want you to love your purchase! If you receive a damaged or defective pin, please reach out to me within 7 days of receiving your order, and I will work with you to make it right. However, I do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
